The general repeatability errors of electronic sca […]
The general repeatability errors of electronic scales are composed of random errors and systematic errors, while the reasons for the repeatable failures of platform scales are limited. As long as the cause is identified, the adjustment and repair of repetitive failures will be easily solved.
The reasons for repetitive failures are nothing more than the following aspects:
1、The components of the platform scale have obvious appearance defects and failures.
2、There is a problem with the installation quality of the parts of the platform scale, such as the skew caused by improper installation of the column. This kind of variability caused by poor installation quality often shows that the variability changes within a fixed range and does not change with the change in weighing capacity.
3、The sensitivity of the platform scale is too high.
4、The three knives of the metering lever are not parallel.
5、The knife on the metering lever is not perpendicular to the lever surface.
6、There is a problem with the quality of the knife or the knife bearing, causing the repeatability error to increase with the increase of the load.
7、The fixed parts of the platform scale are loose, resulting in repetitive errors that sometimes disappear, sometimes big and sometimes small, and there is no fixed rule to follow.
